5" inch tall Chinese cloisonne on brass with dragon and phoenix motif (marriage?). It is marked on the base with what looks like an archaic seal mark, but is illegible to me and some others. PLEASE HELP TRANSLATE. Date is unknown because of this illegible mark. Any form of ID help is appreciated. Thank you.

This is a relatively recent piece, 1980s or later. The seal might translate to a workshop name, or it could be some rendition of an imperial seal - hard to tell. The speckled base enamel is modern. The way the phoenix and dragon are drawn are also modern. The rounded lip is also characteristic of work from the 1970s onward.

Found the translation for this character seal in my files - Bei Jiao Gong Yi, likely the name of the atelier

My Beijing informant told me this translated as "North Suburb Crafts & Art."
