My mother loves this italian figure, I bought it several years ago, in a prestigious shop, I'm curious to know if somebody can recognize the author of this. I beleive is Campodimonte, but maybe can be also from Guissepe Armani. I think I remembered that it had a label underneath, but possibly with so many years of use it was lost. Can somebody help me?
    thanks

It certainly looks like some Capodimonte. Most Capodimonte has the crowned "N" mark. Here is a camparable only different paint... these were hand painted, but looks like same mold... Nice figurine!http://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/capodimonte-old-man-hobo-with-umbrella-dog

Hi, thanks a lot, it is really the same figure, and it seems to be Capodimonte. The second link you send me there is no signature (I check each photo and there is no "N" marked) , so I assume not always the signature must be there. I have seen other Capodimonte articles and the painting varies a bit in style and colors, so maybe it can be. I still have the mystery of knowing if it is Capodimonte. I appreciate your comments, and the links.
