This is my latest addition to my little collection of Mexican silver. What puzzles me is the word engraved after the little plague with the maker's information. I think it reads "Gregorio" or something like that. I am not sure if the was the maker's name or if the owner had his name engraved.
The last photo shows a bangle I posted earlier, as well as a pair of earrings in silver and brass. The earrings come from the junk section because only one is marked as silver. I think this happens frequently with Mexican earrings.

The beautiful bracelet is a Taxco piece. The earrings also look like Taxco quality sterling earrings. I can't see where "Gregorio" is on the bracelet.
You are right, Efesgirl, they are all Taxco pieces. Where I am, I seem to find only Taxco jewelry.
The engraving is visible in the second photo, on the bottom to the right of the little plague:)
