Victorian rainbow spatter glass vase

This Victorian vase is made from three layers of cased glass - clear over rainbow spatter, with a white interior. It measures 16 cm tall, 4.7 cm across the cut top rim, & 5 cm across the base. The cupped top resembles that of hyacinth, or bulb vases. Not sure if it is Bohemian or English. The spatter colours are quite distinctive.
