A Belleek shamrock creamer bearing the 3rd mark (black) dating it to between 1926 and 1946.
There are actually two Belleek Shamrock sets. One being this one with a basket weave design pattern in addition to the shamrocks. The other is called Harp Shamrock and has a different design with shamrocks.
