GVP Folk Art Stoneware Face can host many different items including the above aforementioned as well as Iced Tea, Lemonade, or even just ice water. This outstanding piece is 18.5" tall. Comes with Berarducci Italy Spigot. Many of GVP's pieces are in the Henry Ford Museum. This is a very rare liquid dispenser. Uniquely designed with curious facial features.
Greenfield Village Pottery has been creating many wonderful items for many years, and is located in Dearborn Michigan...... If anyone could add anything to this piece, it would be appreciated.

Redware and stoneware are two separate categories of ceramics, determined by the temperatures at which they are fired.

Redware is an earthenware, fired to a lower temperature than stoneware, and therefore is more porous and less durable, and would not be a practical choice for something designed to hold and dispense liquids like this.
