Victorian pink cased Peloton glass vase

This Victorian Peloton glass vase is made from two layers of cased glass - clear over pale salmon pink. There is applied Peloton threading in pink, blue, yellow & white, & the vase also has a ribbed texture. It measures 21 cm tall, 5 cm across the scalloped top rim, & 7 cm across the base, which has a snapped pontil mark. This was purchased from the UK.
I guess it is Bohemian, although I suspect some Peloton glass is English. A similar vase to this one is pictured in Gulliver's "Victorian Decorative Glass - British Designs".
