This first photo is the same purse, front and back. There's no color loss, just me. The first has a bit of nice trim on the bottom front and by the gold tone metal clasp. It's a soft faux leopard print, a little furry to have the real look about it. Everything is in excellent condition, I don't think it was really ever used and the last photo is of the hinge where the opening makes a V-shape on the side. I wanted to show you all where many manufacturers put their names. I believe this one days "DAY SOL" but have been unable to identify that brand. Any help with that would be appreciated.
And a question for our Ms. Valentino...our rockabilly expert! Would this and the next one I will post be classified as a "rockabilly" and or "Betty Paige" Purse??? And a big question also is it just seems that they are pretty much one in the same. The rockabilly and Betty Paige, is that true? I adore the look when I see it all put together, I think the girls look so cute from head to toe but don't want to confuse which look it is! I have also seen different spellings of Betty Paige, could you please tell me which is which. Betty Paige or Bettie Page. Love the web but it has a tendency to do a good job of giving mixed info.

That's funny too because I'm the same way. I think most all those girls look adorable but I'm with you on the rest and always have had my own style. I just mix it up the way I want to. Was never into the 80's like you said either and actually never cared much for the disco look. You could always find me in my black jeans, boot, top and trench! ;) That's how I always rocked. My style. I'm pretty sure this one is from the 50's. I know it has somewhat of a replica tone to it but I don't believe it's newer.
You can find and date Talon zippers, but I haven't found swift.
Val, Oh that's funny cuz you are right, Crissie Hynde. I never even thought of that, it's just what I did. Oh those crazy times...I think I'll just leave that alone here LOL!!! But I can tell you, I used to have so much fun! I do have to say, my first live event was in the 70's and OMG...yea, I'm just gonna leave that alone! hahaha
Thank you all for the loves...This one has that signature on the hinges too yet another one I can not locate. I really wonder why? Hopefully someday I will be able to find it!

Thanks for the loves. This one is long gone now and even tho I found the name on those side tabs, I never did find any others like it or with the name! It taught me to always look on those tabs tho!!!
