Looks to be Stirling standard silver & poss mother of pearl!!
Possibly from a necklace .
Nice item with the seal & ball !! Possibly European. .

Here is another example of a pendant with the same mark - this was also never resolved. I still can't find a reference for the mark:

I think there was, once upon a time, a pearl as the "ball".
