Art nouveau\deco glass Silver top vase

Picked this up today for £1.
It's a 7"tall clear glass vase with a silver ring top..
I've never seen a design like this before with a hole between the four foot base!! poss deco era or earlier and think it's from Europe somewhere.. I'll update when I find out ..
Sadly as in pics someone has taken (cut out) two of the silver hallmarks obviously to put on something else to con someone into thinking something is what it isnt!!
There are other Marks that I haven't found yet but will soon..
