All Around Leather Embossed Matchbox Cover

I came across this matchbox with a leather cover and can not find anything like it. The artist is Martinez de Leon and each side of the box has an illustration. Under one illustration the words "Ganaron los Forasteros" The Outsiders Won. The leather cover is embossed as you can see in the photograph. On the back of the leather cover I understand de Mallorca but I am not sure what prescript is or means. I would like to find the origin and age of the box. I would like to know where I can take it to find out if it should be restored professionally or leave its travels in tact and how to store such an item. The leather cover seems to have shrunk and only a piece of the striker remains. Thanks in advance for any info.
