This is a 1950's westinghouse electric fan, works and is in good condition. It was my great grandma's, that's about all I know about it.

What condition do you think this is in, and how much do you think it's worth?

Looks to me like it's in pretty good condition. This model isn't extremely valuable because it is from the '50s. The older the better, and the 1950's is toward the end of the era of collectible fans. But, since it's in good shape, you shouldn't have trouble getting $30 or so out of it, but that's probably about it. If we were talking about a 1930's or prior Westinghouse with brass blades and in very good condition, the value would be much, much higher.
