I have two pretty wooden music jewelry boxes that I have had for a little while. Both boxes are made in Italy. Both are very attractive pieces with minimal storage. Both music boxes still work.

Owning several pieces myself, I love inlaid work Mrs T. With your two coming from Italy, they were most likely made in Sorrento where a majority of Italian inlaid wood comes from.
