      Eugene Henri Paul Gauguin visited Tahiti and painted many Polinesian women.

      1891, Tahitian Women on the Beach. This is most likely a print.

      Not really worth the time, IMHO, here is the original:

      His works in water colors were extremely simplistic washes, often lacking poignant details, so it's not of his hand.

      Just a high-quality print. Since the 1940s, many works have been reproduced to look and feel like originals, with textures in the board itself, or prints on canvas or porous papers.
