    I have this doll that I have had for years.. I believe its a betsy wetsy doll but would like to know if its worth anything!! number on back is AE57G r with a circle around it then a 3

      No she is not a Betsy Wetsy which is a trade name of a doll made by Ideal Toy co,
      Your doll is a generic drink and wet doll . The mark she has usually refers to Allied Eastern Co. but several companies used the AE mark but Ideal marked theirs Ideal . Looks to date from around 60-70's .
