This helmet was worn by Alex Rodriguez during his rookie year with the Seattle Mariners. The helmet was made by the American Baseball Cap Company of Media Pennsylvania. It shows much use with scrapes, scratches, and dried pine tar. All of the padding is intact on the interior, and the size is correct. The number 3 is on the back of the helmet, and shows consistent wear with the rest of the helmet.

Pop_abides, I don't have a certificate, but my source is well respected. The helmet shows typical wear for a Rodriguez helmet, the helmet was made in 1994, and the number 3 shows wear consistent with the rest of the helmet. As far as certificates go, anyone can make one, and there was one so called "reputable" dealer who signed blank certificates without ever examining the item.
Jim Gjurovich, for now I plan on keeping the helmet.
