Here's something else I found today. This guy is soooo cute. He's got a little fish in his bill, I hope you can see it in the second photo best! Now, let's see what I have learned here so far.
first, he weights 2.5 lbs, or 1.13 kg
7" tall or 17.78 cm
Encased in clear glass is spatter black, orange, pink and white and this process would have been two steps, correct? The feet, eyes, Mullet (I know it's not Elvis, but that is what you call the top right?) and the bill are all attached.
I lightened the photo of the pontil quite a bit so you can see that it has not been polished, yet it's not really what I would call rough.
How did I do? I just saw that this may just be a Murano 'STYLE" Pelican. Sooo. I had a feeling that it might be but I thought it was a little cutie with that fish in the mouth. I was pretty sure if Murano, the little fish would have been more 'perfect'. Still cute ;)

Like Rose said Susie, it's Chinese. These are prrtty common, but I've always loved the fish in the mouth.
Yes, I was only hoping it wasn't Rick. He's still good and not a pocket breaker! Actually, you can tell it's not Murano because the little fish is not perfect. Murano = perfection!
