1960's Comical Print "Surrender Lee to Grant At Appomattox Court

I've had this cardboard print about 20 years I have no information on it,I've looked and looked,Surrender, General Grant surrendering to General Lee Appomattox court,the weird thing about this print is there is a round turn like a clock you can wind it up maybe at one time it may have had some words or music,the back has a gift from Glenn Gierhart,anybody know what this is or who made it.
