Mule pulling paddlers wagon

Hi there. I have one more for everyone. Any info would be appreciated. I found this at an estate sale. It is framed by J.H. Miller Picture Framing co. It really is a beautiful (I believe) watercolor. It's message speaks volumes. I can't make out the artist. Any discussion is appreciated Oates as this is my favorite piece of art so far. Thank you. You guys are Great. I love this sight.
