    Most likely this was made by Federal, second most likely is Hazel Atlas. Have not found an exact match for this piece but saw several similar.
    This piece is 7" tall and has a plastic top. The glass portion of this would be filled with nuts or whatever it is to be chopped. Then it would be turned upside down and used a bit like a pepper grinder. Although this ground much courser. The top could be open or closed so the reservoir could be filled without the content leaking out.
    One more nut chopper to go.
