not sure of maker maybe English or American

How do you know its a spill vase, and not a Spooner ? Btw, I love your glass posts, is English pressed glass common to find in U K.?

Yes i love the fluid banding of colours Rick , hi rockbat could be either just a generalisation, i think clear flint glass is quite common in the British Isles & glad you like my glass posts
