I discovored this lamp after My fathers passing along with MANY other interesting items, im no expert But can simply tell it is an Old item, wires inside are old as well two strand, i cant locate any markings names,or hallmarks, my guess is My father got it possibly down in Lynn,Ma, maybe in old school buildings?? (Not certain) just trying to give some help, figured maybe it couldve been an old exterior light that was swapped out, and tossed in a basement and forgotten abot, Its a shame, I love the LOOK of it, any help Much Appreciated, I know its not some priceless antique, just want info. Well, it's vintage, but the wires look rubberised rather than fabric-coated, which suggests it's after 1940.

Beautiful! You should take some more pictures. Of the wires and the inside. Hopefully someone can come along and help you more. My guess would be 1920 or 1930 from just seeing what i see. There's others on here more knowledgeable. And welcome! It helps if you like or comment on others things as well. To keep yourself seen. Each time someone comments or likes it, moves you back to the front.
