Two Bohemian? glass vases

I bought both in a charity shop last week for next to nothing. Sadly the gold decorated vase has a small crack on the rim, and the gold leaves are quite rubbed off on the neck. My gut feeling is it was made in the late 1800s. On the bottom is a number 44 neatly hand scratched. The other one looks similar to the Welz glass rose bowls. They are 6.5'' and 4'' tall.
Maybe some glass expert can help me to identify them more accurately. Thank you!!!
