I bought this at the church flea market yesterday. Not that i really need another oil lamp. Im at 23 now. But it looked old. And was a good price. I didn't notice until i got home that the burner looks slightly bent. But at least it has the shade. Has lots of bubbles in the glass. And straw marks. .
Yup. Queen Ann is one of the older ones.
Bummed the burner is bent. Don't know if i would of bought it.maybe i can straighten it out?
Nice display on your mantle :)
It's easy to get a replacement.
They are easy enough to unbend but take it off the lamp first. If all fails, SpiritBear is right; they can be replaced. The insert collar indicates your Utilitarian lamp is later than 1910 and I would date it 1930-40's. RER
Thank you Loumanal! Yes i was gonna try to bend it back its not to bad. . Carefully. . I have a bunch with oil already. So i don't need to use it anytime soon. Thanks for the comments everyone!
