Short-Lived Druggist

I was not familiar with this local druggist before the bottle show. He was around here for about 5 years, which is short in the druggist world.

First listed as botanic druggist, John Mastenbroek of Muskegon pops up in the Michigan directories for 1889-1890 to 1893-1894, moving to Grand Haven for the 1895 directory.

A local collector told me he became medical examiner in Ottawa County, which I *technically* live only a couple miles from (as, for some reason, there is one long arm that reaches into my county, yet the signs clearly say Ottawa County all along that road that should be Muskegon County.)
