Bought this beautiful box at a car boot
Very heavy I suspect that it is crystal, have searched online to see if there is any maker with no luck
Would love more with different coloured lids

It is beautiful but I don't think the lid goes with it.
I saw another one last week in a thrift shop. Exactly the same and a golden yellow color. The lid color matched the base color.
The lid fits perfectly.
The box is about 5 X 3 inches. And 3 inches high
The other one sounds lovely
Strange that it would be two colors. It looks Art Deco period. The other one was beautiful but had "nibbles" in the glass so I left it there.
Is the top Uranium glass?
