Found on eBay with no known history. Anchors are very light weight, non-ferrous metal (Silver), measuring 1.5" x 2" with four .5" shape prongs on reverse. They are very unique as they have chain fouling both arms of the anchor. Image and historical searches have been unfruitful. Still, a very nice addition to my collection of World Military and Nautical Pins, Badges, Medals and more.
