Unknown Military Collar Device. Possibly WWI or WWII United Kingdom. It was suggested that the design may be more specific to New Zealand, but additional research has not revealed actual origin or era. The item is made on non-ferrous metal (brass), it is 1" in diameter and weighs 5 grams.
