    I have had this a little while. It is a glass trinket dish in the shape of a flower filled wheelbarrow. The top that lifts off is a lighter color than most of the base, as you can see in last pic and I'm not sure why. The top appears to fit well to base.

      the base may be custard glass; check with black light. That would explain the different colors; any change this could be a marriage?

      Thanks for the comments!! Not sure who made-there are no markings. Tallcakes, this is a bit of a mystery. The base on this, when looked at closely, is sort of two toned and picks up the lighter color like the top in certain areas and then it is darker in certain areas.

      In the last pic, if you look at the very bottom of the base you can see some of the same color as top piece.

      the color variation are from the custard glass, which can very from white to yellowish. It'll light up under black light.
