Victorian Peloton glass miniature vase with rigaree base

This Victorian Peloton glass miniature vase is made from two layers of cased glass - clear over white, with applied Peloton threads in pink, blue, & yellow. It measures 11 cm tall, 2.8 cm across the cut top rim, & 4.5 cm across the clear applied rigaree base. It also has a ribbed pattern. This was an extremely lucky flea market find for only a few dollars.
