For some reason, I've been seeing and picking up different sorts of little animals. I've been trying to get rid of things, or maybe it's best said that I'm trying to replace things I no longer have. The great thing would be to actually replace...instead, I'm just adding !!! LOL...

And I had to come back to say, the glass he's on was vetraio's idea! It doesn't work for me though. It's actually clear crystal but there sure is a lot going on in there. So much so that it distracts from the photo.

And Just Kidding Vetraio. (but I did get the idea from you ;) It definitely doesn't work with glass, could be all the stuff around too...

Oh well, this guy is a little cutie. About 4.5" tall (10.16 cm) No markings. Just cute.

    Enjoy!

It's a cutie! I love it. Maybe he would like to stand on something metallic? Something like brass or the like? Just a thought. But Vetraio's idea was good! :-))

bijoucaillouvintage, I have to explain, it was not vetraio's idea for ME to display like this, I just know he display's his beautiful items on 'something' LIKE this. In fact, his is not glass and I think that's why his is not a 'show steeler' and displays anything he puts on it very well. This one that I picked up is simply a screamer and does not work at all! I tried ;)

vetraio50 - no disrespect intended at all, I just got the idea from you & when I saw that I hoped it would work, it does not :(

My thought was that the crystal would work as well as yours...and now I know for sure I won't have my glass friend make these for display. Way to much reflection. You're lucky you still have the ones you do, and in great condition as well.

When I bought a lot of crystal from China I wished I picked up some of these squares. I love them and a great way to display this Zebra treasure !~

What a little cutie Susie, he looks like a baby :-) The only thing I see about the use of the crystal base, is that for such a small piece it's just too large for the petite zebra. Instead of your eyes going directly to the zebra, both pieces become part of the subject in the photo.

You'd have to have no heart to resist this little fella.
