Victorian Peloton glass pinched top toothpick holder

This Victorian Peloton glass toothpick holder is made from two layers of cased glass, clear over white, with applied Peloton threads in pink, blue, yellow, & white. Measuring 6.5 cm tall, 8.8 cm across the pinched in top rim, & 5.3 cm across the base, which has a rough snapped pontil mark, & traces of iron remaining, the toothpick holder also has a ribbed pattern.
