I have this rare 1:18 Ferrari f1 model which was presented to the FIA by the Ferrari team after winning the 2002 championships.

It has no manufacturers markings and I can't detach it from the suede plinth without damaging it.

Do you have any idea who made this model and it's value?

Your expertise would be greatly appreciated.
