I got this at an estate sale. I think it is a childs washstand. It's complete and was made by a company named "POPULAR" I believe. The graniteware is unique and in excellent condition. It even has the original brass drian plug. I can't find another example after hours of research. Can anyone tell us more? Ideas as far as value, where and when it was made etc....
