Victorian Peloton glass vase with rigaree base

This Victorian Peloton glass vase is made from two layers of cased glass - clear over white, with applied Peloton threads in pink, blue, & yellow. The vase has a ribbed texture, & a clear applied rigaree base. It measures 11.5 cm tall, 3.2 cm across the cut & polished top rim, & 5 cm across the base.
