Ruckl powder dish

This is a powder dish in "bright as hell" lemon yellow and kelly green. I found the piece in Mexico City, the dealer had several lamps and shade pieces with the same type of cameo work done to them. They are extraordinary! I believe this piece was made like cameo cut (stencil) glass then small details were painted into the piece. You can see in the last picture the matching color scheme to a Ruckl shade; the frost finish is the same.
