From the eBay community forum: "mark represents a stylized Crown above a Fish, all enclosed by a rudimentary Laurel Wreath. It's a mark used by the factory of Carl Knoll from the town of Fischern in Austrian Bohemia; it was an export-only mark used between between 1910 and 1918."

      Katherine,
I found the ebay commmunity forum with the description of the mark. Unfortunately, the author doesn't cite the source. However, it's the best we can do for now so I'll remove the unsolved tag. Thanks again.
