This is beat up by anyone's measure. The blue trails end suddenly where there should be fine hair-like trails. That's not to mention the chips. However, it photographs very well in my electric light...
I suspect that some of the innovations of design in glass have naturally followed the innovations in lighting - as this would look dull in candlelight or gaslight, and shines on a bright day (oh for one of those!) or under a lightbulb.
Now for innovations in my staging, lighting and photography. Maybe next year.

I had the same vase in yellow, also with some damage...sold it though. Looks great in orange!
