    Pic 1 Shows a 7 oz. Mountain Valley Water bottle dated 1938.
    Pic 2 Shows a 7 oz. Mountain Valley Mineral Water bottle dated 1941.

    The backs of both bottles are the same.

    In 1902 August Schafly, of St. Louis, Missouri purchased the Mountain Valley Water Co and the company was sold by the Schafly family in 1966.

      Could possibly be the same bottles 7up used back then. cool!

      iggy, now that you said it I had to compare the 7Up to the Mt. Valley. Even though both 7 ounce bottles were manufactured by the Owens / Illinois Company around the same time period, the 7Up is a shade or two darker green, is just a wee bit larger and quite heavier than the Mt. Valley. Different molds I suppose.
      Thanks for asking, I enjoyed doing the comparison. LOL
