Victorian Peloton glass vase with applied feet

This Victorian Peloton glass vase is made from two layers of cased glass - clear over white, with applied Peloton threads in pink, blue, & yellow. It measures 16.5 cm tall, 11 cm across the double crimped top rim, & 10 cm across the clear applied footed base. The Peloton threads are completely blended in on this piece, suggesting that they were applied when the vase was still being formed, & the expansion created by blowing the vase smoothed them out. Snapped pontil mark underneath. Possibly Bohemian.
