      That is a "Over-the-top" cap lifter, named for the way it works. It was made by Muth, Buffalo, NY. Copyright 1940, Pat Ped at that time. There are 16 different beers printed on the tin, bottle shaped, openers. It's a JFO# H-8, and depending on the beer and condition, value is between $5 and $40.
