I kind of fell in love with the colour of the small stone. It looks and feels like a natural turquoise but I am not 100% sure. Although the design is simple, it reminds me a bit of south-western jewelry.
The only mark I can see is the word "Sterling" written in script. I have seen this style of mark also on Native American jewelry.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The stone is very likely to be dyed Howlite.

That's quite possible, Efesgirl. I did try nail polish remover on a corner of the stone but no colour came off. But one never knows...
I could certainly wear it every day. Love it.

Thanks so much for your comment, Gillian. I think I will wear it with some other smaller bangles when the weather gets better (so that the bangles don't get stuck in the sweater sleeves) , if it ever does. Today we had snow again. I could cry. I love the summer!
