    i really like this little piece i picked up today. i've never seen anything quite like it. it's a very nice silk tapestry of a woodland scene. it was made by La France Art Company in Philadelphia. any info appreciated!

      these pictures suck when they go onto CW! they look decent before on my screen, but i can't upload the regular sizes and have to shrink them. this piece is MUCH nicer in person.

      From what I found on the web, 1920s is about right.

      Try taking it at a larger distance and cropping the photo.

      i think i just resolved it by saving them at a medium resolution.
