    I think that this piece is Japanese although it is unmarked. it reminds me of some of those really small, beautifully glazed Japanese pieces from the 1960s/70s which i've posted before. this one is larger than most at 4 inches across.

      I have one that is very similar to yours. It was made by Fukagawa in Japan. They are known for their blue glazes. Very nice find.
