I think they are madame Alexander dolls because the hair stitching is double. They have no markings on their neck back or clothing. They are all compostion, and are not walkers. They are each 13" tall.
Thanks
Your 2 composition dolls from 1940's have no distinct feature to say who made them . Double stitched wigs were used by many companies , They are in good shape for composition . Did you look at seam in clothes IF they are Madame Alex dolls she always had her name in a tag and dolls name , One looks like a Shirley Temple look a like not a authorized one and many companies did her . They have much less value since collectors are not paying top dollar any more for dolly face composition dolls . A character face would be worth more , Character faces are laughing or look like a famous person , look through clothes see if any are tagged ok and did you look under wig on neck and also their backs for marks ?
I found a M.A. outfit for the blond and thinks she is the 13"
little colonel by madame Alexander.
She doesn't look like Little Colonel . Can you show me outfit ? You can send to my email ok
