Being overweight in 1940s seemed to call out all the stoppers for ladies who had really fat behinds.Anything goes!!

Woman In Florida on the Beach-has exposed a good portion of her skin on lower behind A critical alligator takes a good look at those bare cheeks and a black man is shocked at the sight if her front, which we cannot see--
She says "I came to Florida to see the sights---and Now I Am One Of them"! Card is from CURT TECH & CO. CFI.45 -Florida State Series, International Card. Excellent cond, Unmailed

Woman in a phone booth whose butt measurement barely lets her in to talk to her friend who is gossiping, I guess on that phone. She utters in response--"Yes Dear, I'm All Ears". Well, hardly!! Excellent

Nowadays these cards are insulting against overweight woman, and basically are no longer tolerated...so these examples of 1940s cards would not be made. BUTT,Now concerning the Kardasian girls and others--Are butts coming back --and this time as a good thing?? You can enlarge these photos, if the "Bubble Butts" are not big enough for you to see..
