Hello, bought at Bussey's Flea Market located off I-35 near Schertz TX (suburb of San Antonio Tx).
I think this was designed to be a perfume bottle, but the top is missing.
I see Japanese influence in its design...the frosted sculpted side (see photos #1 & #2) .

It is not signed and there were no stickers on it was purchased. Thanks in advance.

If it were a perfume bottle I am sure there would have been some grinding round the opening.

It is 3.5 long x 1.5 long x 3 3/8 tall.
Good, good, good news....after viewing the piece under better lighting I finally saw the initials "GSB" and (Vetraio50) there is grinding at the opening. I searched for GSB and glass art and found a blue one and indicates it is a bud vase. GSB is the Borowski Art Glass Mod Glass Bud Vase Embossed Tag signed GSB. Thank both of you for your clues to solve this mystery. AWESOME!
