Antique slave art on German made and stamped 112 Germany on bottom.
It was in a collection my great grandmother had.
She kept pens and pencils in it for as far bk as anyone can remember..
I'd like to know where it may have originated... And very interested in the slaw woman nursing a white baby on the mug.
WOW! How unusual. People nursing other peoples babies were called "wet nurses". They saved a lot of infant lives. This all before the use of"formula"!
