Lions Club International brooch that I ran across which I had forgotten even having. Two questions... first, the stones. Most brooches I find by them with stones are clear rather than a champagne color. I don't think the stones have turned this color as it is uniform (all stones) and the brooch is not real old. Did they use other color stones? Second, I have not found another elaborate all rhinestone brooch like this by them so... was this for certain people within the organization or is it a promotional piece like the others? Some background please, thanks.

The base is a bright silver and the stones lighter than what is seen here, taken in bright light. In room light the stones look almost clear white. It is 1-7/8 inches long.
Any background on this one?
Maybe it was an Award piece of jewelry -- or Award Service piece....?????? Maybe, I do not know. Anything on the Back? Can you post that?
Ran across where this is an unsigned piece made by ORA (Ralph Singer) and also done at least for the Shriners. There was also a non fraternal version using blue stones. Now, to try and date the piece.
