    Chinoiserie gazebo. Thank you, Pascale!

    There were two of these but the other one had a chip, so I just took the perfect one. :-)))) There is a tiny firing fault in the bottom inside area. I also wonder if the image in the bottom might have been gilded at some point.
    I haven't the foggiest idea what that image is on the bowl. The only mark is an impressed number 14. Measures 4 1/2 inches across.

    UPDATE: Info from an educated friend:
    Victorian Staffordshire flow blue transfer decorated slop bowl in a Chinese style. When tea was expensive the used tea leaves or slops were emptied into a bowl from the tea strainer..
    These were given to the servants to make their own tea.

      The oriental theme was popular in 1830s-1850s English pottery.

      It's likely a pagoda representation.
